Shipping Policy
Most of our pieces are handmade to order and will take up to 14 working days for delivery. If you require your order sooner please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Your jewellery will arrive packaged in a gift pouch or box along with a care card. If you are sending as a gift and would like to include a message you can add one at checkout. Packages are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class large letter unless postage is upgraded to tracked or special. Please note that upgrading postage service does not negate our standard lead times so please contact us if you need your order sooner.
S&S packaging is all recyclable or derived from recycled sources.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom / personalised orders or items for pierced ears
• Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items must be returned in their original conditions to be eligible for return.
All sized items cannot be returned unless damaged or not as described.
This includes;
Sized rings
Sized bangles
Gemstone rings
Stamped/personalised items
In the event your sized ring does not fit, we can resize rings in most cases, this service is free of charge. However postage both ways must be covered by the customer.
This is due to the custom nature of the pieces, that in most cases cannot be resold. Please be 100% sure of your size before buying. If you are unsure you can purchase a ring sizer from our shop before you decide.

You must notify me within this 14 day period if you wish to return your item.
